On January 22rd, 2022 at the head office, VITRACO successfully hosted the Closing Ceremony of 2021 to summarize the appraisal of the year-end 2021 in the enthusiastic environment of preparing to welcome Spring 2022. The ceremony will summarize the business activities in 2021 and set out the direction of operation in the new year 2022.
Unlike previous years, the Closing Ceremony of 2021 takes place in the context of the ongoing epidemic which is still very complicated. Therefore, the organizations must prioritize safety. The number of employees attending is limited to a minimum, all participating employees must have a negative covid test result to ensure strict compliance with the anti-epidemic requirements of the city and the company.
The ceremony started with a very bustling atmosphere on spring day with musical performances from the company’s employees. Besides business activities, creating a cultural and artistic environment for employees to get solidarity and relaxation is also concerned by Vitraco’s leadership.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, VITRACO General Director – Mr. Ngo Tan Nhi stated: “Going through a year of 2021 with many difficulties due to strong outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic that leading to the long-term social isolation. Thereby, the whole VITRACO’s activities has been affected directly. But with the spirit of effort, solidarity, innovation of athe staff, and the wise leadership of the Board of Directors, VITRACO has overcome a tumultuous year with certain successes.
Business Performance Ceremony
– The car rental sector achieved the set target when total revenue doubled compared to the previous year. The market was expanded with many large contracts for many leading corporations in Vietnam.
– Rescue service 119, Bao Khoa Car Garage has also completed 100% of the assigned target. As planned, in 2022 VITRACO will continue to open a new Car Garage in the city center, in order to better meet the increasing demands of customers.
– The Tour segment also achieved great success as in 2021 successfully organized many high-value tours. These include a tour to Hue for more than 1,000 employees of Hoa Phat Group, a year-end tour for nearly 1,000 employees for a coal company in Quang Ninh.
Social activities and achievements
Continuing the tradition for the community that VITRACO has pursued since its establishment, in 2021 the company also had exciting social activities and received recognition from the Danang city government.
Accordingly, in 2021, VITRACO has provided free rides to transport thousands of repatriated residents to quarantine. Coordinate with organizations and mass organizations to raise money and support the Covid-19 epidemic prevention fund, organize free bus trips to bring poor workers back home to celebrate Tet, sponsor big programs. With tireless efforts for the community, VITRACO General Director Ngo Tan Nhi personally as well as the whole company were honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Chairman of Danang City People’s Committee and the Central Committee of the Association of Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs.
