In the past year, the Covid-19 epidemic broke out in many provinces and cities in Vietnam, especially the peak outbreak in July-August 2020 in Danang city and some central provinces, which greatly affected the tourism industry of Vietnam in general and Da Nang in particular.
In the face of the complicated situation of the epidemic, in order to join hands with society to fight the epidemic, VITRACO Company has strictly implemented the instructions of the Government, Danang People’s Committee and Danang Tourism Association in implementing quarantine and social distancing such as:
– Allowing staff to work online from home;
– Canceling non-essential meetings;
– Fully equipping for the office and all working vehicles with disease spreading prevention such as antibacterial spray, hand sanitizer, medical masks.
In addition, we has also created favorable conditions for customers who have booked travel transportation services at VITRACO to postpone or cancel the service in order to bring maximum benefits and satisfaction to customers.
Especially, General Director Ngo Tan Nhi on behalf of Danang Tourism Transport Association presented medical masks to the Danang Police newspaper and cash to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee of Da Nang City in order to contribute to the fight against the epidemic.
Thanks to our contributions, on January 17th 2021, Danang Tourism Association awarded certificates of merit to General Director Ngo Tan Nhi and VITRACO Company for “Having made positive contributions to the tourism industry activities of the Danang Travel Association in 2020 and to the prevention of covid-19”.
The certificate of merit is the recognition and encouragement to Vitraco for our supporting to build Da Nang into a friendly and safe tourist destination in 2021.
